Im very excited to have this condo listed. The view & Location is excellent & the upgrades shows the care & love invested in this property. There are a few nice amenities in this complex as in a separate area laundry directly behind the condo & a remodeled spa room about 30 steps away. Parking is close & management is 2nd to none. These rent well because they are across from the Giant Steps slopes & this one in particular has 2 decks to enjoy. 1 shared with another owner & 1 private with great views of the slopes out of 2 sides of this condo.
